Shipping Policy — Sucker Society

At Sucker Society, we want to get your functional lollipops to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Shipping Protection: We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to cover your order in the event of damage, loss, or theft during transit. Orders with Shipping Protection are eligible for replacement or refund if they are lost, stolen, or arrive damaged, and claims must be submitted within the timeframe above. 

Orders Without Shipping Protection: If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier once it leaves our facility. While we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in these cases, we will do our best to assist you in locating your order or navigating next steps with the carrier. 

Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer free shipping for orders $44 or more. 

  • The "Pick 2" Deal: All orders of 2 or more products (including our Mix & Match Bundle) qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

Address Accuracy (Important!)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you use Shop Pay or the Shop App, ensure your saved address is current.

  • Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot change the destination once the package has been handed to the carrier.

  • Reshipment Fee: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a $10 reshipment fee will apply to send it to the correct location.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your Sucker Society package arrive broken or opened, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the packaging and product. 

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. We require a 7-day waiting period after the marked delivery date before we can file a claim or issue a replacement.

  • Shipping Protection: We highly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. This covers your order against loss, theft, or damage for a small fee and ensures an instant resolution.
